Eleanor Mante is a UK electronic artist, songwriter and multidisciplinary creative working across music, visual art and performance. Her work blends post-punk edge, Afro-diasporic rhythm, experimental sound and a strong visual sensibility into immersive, emotionally charged worlds of her own. Rhythm, movement, voice and image all sit at the centre of her practice, shaped by a love of raw energy, atmosphere, storytelling and transformation.

Born just outside London, raised in Canada, and now based in Liverpool, Eleanor brings a wide cultural and creative perspective to her work. Of Ghanaian and Nigerian heritage, she draws on a broad range of influences and traditions while building a sound and visual language that feels contemporary, distinctive and emotionally direct.

Alongside her solo work, Eleanor is one half of Transmission Towers, the electronic duo she co-founded with producer Mark Kyriacou. Across both projects, her sound draws from artists and movements that value rhythm, tension, identity and invention — from ESG, Grace Jones, Neneh Cherry and The Slits to darker, more exploratory edges of electronic music, post-punk and performance-led art. Whether through recording, live work, writing or visual practice, her work is rooted in connection, experimentation and a desire to create something bold, uncompromising and alive.

This site brings together Eleanor’s music, artwork and current creative projects as she reintroduces herself more fully as an independent artist in her own right.
